Often we don’t think about our health until we experience an issue, which is unfortunate and unnecessary. With a Preventive Medical Examination you get a proper insight into your vitality so you can prevent potential complaints. That is the reason we invite you to participate!
What is a Preventive Medical Examination (PME)?
A Preventive Medical Examination (PME) should be seen as an overall personal measurement in one. In short: it measures your vitality.
The PME consists of two parts: an online questionnaire and a physical examination. The online questionnaire covers various aspects of vitality. Think about topics such as stress, nutrition, exercise and also the mental strain of your work, your relationship with colleagues and your manager.
This is followed by the physical examination. This includes a:
- biometry measurement (height, weight, BMI)
- eye measurement
- urinalysis
- finger prick (blood sugar and cholesterol)
- blood pressure measurement
- Screen vision measurement (office) or audio test (production) NEDCON classifies which test is right for you.
- Personal consultation with doctor
ArdoSZ organizes the PME on location at NEDCON in Doetinchem. You finish the PME with a personal advice and a report that you receive afterwards.
Why do we offer this?
A Preventive Medical Examination is more than a legal obligation. NEDCON finds it important that its employees gain more insight into their vitality. At the same time, it is a good method for NEDCON to identify risks so that the working environment can be improved.
The report of the survey always takes place at group level, so that individual results can never be traced and your privacy as an employee is guaranteed.
Who performs this examination?
The PME is conducted by ArdoSZ, NEDCON’s occupational health and safety service. ArdoSZ is a fully certified occupational health and safety service that always aims for quality. ArdoSZ uses its full knowledge and expertise to keep employees healthy and fit for as long as possible.
